Patricia and David moved to France in 2015 with their 2 cats. Patricia’s mum joined them soon after. She lives in her own cottage next door.
La Maison des Fleurs is a 300 year old rustic country house, which has been renovated to a high standard while keeping the original features.

Situated close to the amenities of Montemboeuf, a small friendly town and also very near to the leisure lakes of the Charente with their beaches, restaurants, bathing, sailing, fishing and bird watching. We are between the historic town’s of La Rochfaucauld and Rochechauart.

La Maison des Fleurs is a perfect getaway for guests who enjoy walking cycling nature and relaxing.  Guests can enjoy a large rear garden with seating and sun loungers. Ideal for picnics! 

Patricia and David grow all their own vegetables and have many fruit tree’s. They aim to use their own produce for evening meals when in season. A four course evening meal at €25 per person including drinks is offered. On site parking is available. 

Limoges Airport is 60km away, Poitiers Baird Airport is about 120km away and Angouleme Train Station 41km.

Patricia and David enjoy motor cycling so therefore are motorcycle friendly!
